How to Reconnect an Expired Integration Access Token

Aktualisiert am 15. April 2026

Profitario periodically requests reconnection to maintain account security and ensure uninterrupted data syncing. When an integration token expires, you will see a prompt on your dashboard.

Steps to Reconnect#

  1. Look for the Reconnect prompt on your dashboard or the Integrations page.
  2. Click the prompt to go to the integration details.
  3. Identify items marked as Expired.
  4. Click Reconnect Account or Add Account to re-authorize.

The reconnection process takes only a few seconds and does not affect your existing data.

Token Expiration by Platform#

Not all integrations expire at the same rate:

  • Facebook/Meta Ads -- tokens expire after approximately 60 days and cannot be auto-renewed. You must reconnect manually.
  • TikTok Ads -- tokens are not auto-refreshable and require manual reconnection.
  • Google Ads, Snapchat Ads, Pinterest Ads -- tokens are automatically renewed. Manual reconnection is rarely needed.
  • API key integrations (Stripe, shipping providers) -- keys do not expire unless revoked in the external platform.

What Happens If You Do Not Reconnect#

If you do not reconnect an expired token, Profitario will stop syncing new data from that platform. Historical data already imported remains available. Reconnecting resumes syncing from where it left off.
