How to Connect SendCloud

This guide walks you through connecting SendCloud to Profitario to import shipping cost data. SendCloud uses Basic Authentication with an API key and secret.
Getting Your SendCloud API Credentials#
- Log in to your SendCloud dashboard.
- Navigate to Settings > Integrations or your API settings page.
- Generate or locate your API Key and API Secret.
- Copy both values.
Entering Them in Profitario#
- In Profitario, go to Settings > Integrations > SendCloud.
- Paste the API Key and API Secret into the corresponding fields.
- Click Save to complete the connection.
Verifying the Connection#
After saving, Profitario will attempt to connect to SendCloud and begin importing shipping data. Check the integration status on the Integrations page to confirm the connection is active.
