Error Messages Explained
Actualizado el 17 de abril de 2026
When something goes wrong, Profitario shows a small notification at the top of the screen. Each message tells you what happened and what you can do about it. This article covers the most common ones.
You're offline#
What it means: Your device has lost its internet connection.
What to do:
- Check your Wi-Fi, mobile data, or network cable.
- Once you're back online, this notification disappears on its own and Profitario reloads your data. You don't need to refresh the page.
The notification stays on screen while you're offline so you won't miss it.
Can't reach the server#
What it means: Your internet is working, but Profitario can't reach our servers right now. This usually indicates a short outage on our side or a network issue between you and us.
What to do:
- Wait a moment — Profitario keeps trying in the background.
- If the message doesn't go away after a few minutes, check status.profitario.com or contact support.
Something went wrong on our end#
What it means: Profitario received your request but couldn't complete it because of an unexpected server error.
What to do:
- Try the same action again in a moment.
- If the error repeats for the same action, contact support at support@profitario.com and include what you were doing when it happened.
Request timed out#
What it means: The server took too long to respond. This can happen with very large reports or during periods of high load.
What to do:
- Try again — timeouts are usually temporary.
- If you're running a large report, narrow the date range or filter it down before retrying.
Too many requests#
What it means: You've sent requests faster than we allow. This protects the service for everyone.
What to do:
- Wait a moment before trying again.
- If you're clicking a button repeatedly, give it a few seconds to respond before clicking again.
Not found#
What it means: The item you requested — a shop, report, integration, or page — no longer exists or was moved.
What to do:
- Refresh the page to reload the current view.
- If you followed a bookmark or link, the underlying item may have been deleted by you or a teammate.
Session expired. Please log in again.#
What it means: You were signed out because your session expired (typically after 30 days of inactivity).
What to do:
- Log back in with your credentials. After logging in, you'll return to the page you were on.
When to Contact Support#
Reach out to support@profitario.com if:
- The same error appears repeatedly for the same action.
- "Can't reach the server" persists for more than a few minutes and status.profitario.com shows no ongoing incident.
- The error message isn't on this list and you aren't sure what it means.
Include what you were doing, the exact error message, and roughly when it happened.
