How to Connect ShipBob

This guide walks you through connecting ShipBob to Profitario to import shipping cost data. ShipBob uses a Personal Access Token (PAT) for authentication.

Getting Your ShipBob Personal Access Token#

1. Log in to your ShipBob dashboard.
2. Navigate to your account or API settings.
3. Generate a Personal Access Token (PAT).
4. Copy the token.

Entering It in Profitario#

1. In Profitario, go to Settings > Integrations > ShipBob.
2. Paste the Personal Access Token into the API Token field.
3. Click Save to complete the connection.

Verifying the Connection#

After saving, Profitario will attempt to connect to ShipBob and begin importing shipping data. Check the integration status on the Integrations page to confirm the connection is active.
