Why Are There No Numbers in Unique Visitors and Conversion Rate?

The Shopify API does not provide visitor or session data. Profitario cannot display unique visitors or conversion rates without an analytics integration.
Solution#
Connect the Google Analytics integration to your Profitario account. This provides visitor counts and conversion rate data for your dashboard.
Still Missing After Connecting?#
If you have connected Google Analytics but still see no data:
- Verify the correct shop is attached to the Google Analytics property
- Confirm your analytics properties are enabled and active in Profitario
- Check that the Google Analytics property is receiving traffic data
