How to Connect DSers
Atualizado em 5 de agosto de 2026
If you fulfill your orders through DSers, the DSers integration imports your AliExpress orders with the exact amounts you paid: product cost, shipping, and tax per order. Profitario matches each imported order to the corresponding Shopify order automatically, so your profit is based on real supplier costs instead of estimates.
This integration is for merchants who order through the DSers app. If you buy directly on AliExpress without DSers, use the Profitario Chrome extension instead. You do not need both.
Prerequisites#
- A DSers account with your Shopify store connected in DSers.
- Orders fulfilled through DSers with AliExpress as the supplier.
- Your store must be on Shopify. The integration matches DSers orders to your Shopify orders, so stores on other platforms (for example PrestaShop or WooCommerce) are not supported.
Connecting Your DSers Account#
- In Profitario, go to Integrations and open DSers.
- Click Connect.
- Enter the email and password of your DSers account.
- Check Store these credentials for automatic syncing if you want Profitario to refresh your DSers orders automatically every day. Without it, orders are only imported when you trigger an import yourself.
- Read and accept the acknowledgment, then click Add session.
Your credentials are encrypted and used only to import your data. You can remove a stored session at any time from the same dialog.
Connecting while using a VPN or proxy is blocked for security reasons. If the connection fails, turn off your VPN and try again.
The first import starts right after connecting. Depending on how many orders your DSers account has, it can take a while; you can follow the progress in the background activity indicator.
What Gets Imported#
For every AliExpress order in your DSers account, Profitario imports:
| Data | What it means |
|---|---|
| Product cost | What you actually paid AliExpress for the items, including any discounts |
| Shipping cost | The shipping you paid for the AliExpress order |
| Tax | The tax charged on the AliExpress order |
| Order status | Whether the supplier order is pending, shipped, delivered, or cancelled |
| Tracking | Tracking numbers from the AliExpress shipment |
Amounts are imported in your store currency as shown in DSers. AliExpress coupons and discounts are already reflected, so the imported total matches what you actually paid.
Imported orders appear on the Suppliers page, where you can browse, filter, and generate invoices from them.
How Imported Costs Affect Your Profit#
Product and shipping costs. For matched orders, the imported DSers costs are used instead of your manually entered product costs, because they reflect the actual amount paid. If you edit the cost of a specific order by hand, your manual value always wins. See How to Manually Change the Cost of an Order.
Tax. The tax you paid on AliExpress orders is treated as input VAT. By default it counts as a reclaimable credit: it reduces the tax line in your reports and increases profit, because a VAT-registered business gets this tax back. If you cannot reclaim this tax, enable Input VAT not reclaimable under Settings > Tax. The tax then counts as a cost and lowers profit instead. See Input VAT Deduction.
Cancelled supplier orders. Costs from cancelled AliExpress orders are not counted. Product and shipping costs fall back to the next available cost source, such as your manually entered product costs.
To verify the costs of a single order, open the order from the Orders page. The External Orders section shows the matched AliExpress order and exactly which costs were imported from it.
Keeping Data in Sync#
Automatic sync. With stored credentials, Profitario refreshes your DSers orders once a day. New orders and status changes are picked up automatically, and syncing keeps running until you remove the stored session.
Session expiry. If your DSers password changes, the connection shows Expired. Your imported data stays untouched; new orders are just not imported until you reconnect. Open the DSers row menu and click Reconnect, then enter your credentials again. This takes a few seconds and syncing resumes where it left off.
Manual re-import. Use Restart Import in the DSers row menu to re-import orders on demand:
- Full re-import fetches your entire DSers order history again.
- Turn Full re-import off and pick a Re-import from date to only re-import orders created on or after that date.
Use a full re-import if costs for older orders are missing, for example when you connected DSers after those orders were placed.
