When you connect Claude, ChatGPT or another assistant to Profitario, it answers your questions by calling tools. This article lists every tool: what it is for, the parameters the assistant can set and every field it gets back. You never call a tool yourself; it helps to know what exists when a question gets a partial answer.

Updates Every tool reads your live data, the same data the dashboard shows
Each tool returns data at a fixed level of detail:
Entity grain : what one row is, from a whole store down to a single ad, order line or expense.
Scope : whether a tool reads the whole account, one store, or a dashboard view that combines several stores.
Time grain : totals for the date range, one row per day, a point-in-time state, or a log of changes.
Dates are days in your store's timezone. Money is in the store currency, or in the view currency for a combined view; attributed revenue stays in each store's own currency.
Pick a question to see the tools that answer it, or search for a field such as roas or cogs. Open a tool for its parameters and returned fields.

Tools marked Proposes changes suggest new product costs or shipping rules. They never save anything themselves: each suggestion opens a review page in Profitario, and nothing changes until a person approves it there. A suggestion that is not approved within 24 hours expires.
The assistant can only make these suggestions for the stores and areas you allowed when you connected it. With read access only, these tools refuse and the assistant tells you so.
