Which day a number counts on#

Every number uses your shop's timezone, shown at the bottom of the dashboard. An order placed at 23:30 in Berlin counts on that day, even though it is already the next day in UTC.

NumberCounts onYou can switch to
OrdersThe day the order was placed
RefundsThe day of the refundThe order date
Cancelled ordersThe day of the cancellationThe order date
DisputesThe day the dispute was openedThe order date
Ad spendThe day the platform reports it, converted at that day's rate
ExpensesThe billing day, or spread across the days

The change against the previous period compares with the period of the same length right before the selected one.

Limits#

  • The Cost Breakdown chart includes order tax and leaves out expense rules, so its total differs from Total Costs.
  • The Daily Breakdown table does not spread ad spend tax across days, so its Net Profit column can add up to a slightly different total than the Net Profit KPI.
