How to Create an Invoice from AliExpress with Profitario

Profitario's Chrome Extension lets you upload AliExpress orders and generate invoices directly from your browser.

Step 1: Create a Profitario Account#

If you do not already have one, create a Profitario account at profitario.com.

Step 2: Install the Chrome Extension#

Install the Profitario Chrome Extension from the Chrome Web Store.

Step 3: Authenticate the Extension#

  1. Navigate to any AliExpress order page.
  2. Click the Authenticate button in the Profitario extension toolbar.
  3. Confirm the authentication on the Profitario website when redirected.

Step 4: Upload Orders#

  1. Go to your AliExpress Orders Page.
  2. Use the Profitario toolbar that appears on the page.
  3. Click Upload to sync your AliExpress orders to Profitario.

Step 5: Download the Invoice#

  1. In Profitario, go to the Invoice page.
  2. Enter your company details (name, address, tax ID) if not already configured.
  3. The invoice preview loads automatically and refreshes whenever you change a setting, such as the date range or invoice number.
  4. Click Download to save the invoice as a PDF.
