Use the Integration Monitor
Updated October 3, 2026
The Integration Monitor shows the state of every connected ad account, analytics property and data source in one list: whether it works, the latest day with data and when it was last updated. Use it to check that all your data is current, start an update by hand, or stop a task that is stuck.
- Where
- In the sidebar, open Integrations, then click Integration Monitor
- Who
- Everyone with access to all shops. Viewers can look at the monitor but not refresh or stop a task
- Updates
- The list updates on its own as soon as a task finishes
In the sidebar, open Integrations, then click Integration Monitor.
What the Monitor Shows#
The monitor groups everything by platform (Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, Stripe, ...). Platforms with a problem are listed first.

| State | Meaning | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Healthy | Connected and importing data | Nothing |
| Warning | An ad account is not assigned to a shop, or nothing has been imported yet | Assign the ad account to a shop, or wait for the first import |
| Error | The connection expired, access was removed on the platform, or the last import failed | Reconnect, see Reconnect expired token |
| Inactive | Switched off in Profitario on purpose | Nothing, or switch it on again on the page of the platform |
| Processing | An update is running right now | Wait until it finishes |
Check the Updates of One Account#
Click a row to open its activity: every update of the last 7 days, newest first.
Each update shows its status (Pending, Running, Completed, Failed or Cancelled), when it ran, and what started it:
- Manual: you or someone on your team started it, for example with Refresh.
- Scheduled: the regular automatic update.
- Webhook: the platform reported a change, for example a new order.
- System: started by another update.
- Support: started by the Profitario team.
A failed update shows the reason:
| Reason | What it means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Connection expired, reconnect required | The platform no longer accepts the connection | Reconnect the integration |
| Rate limited by the provider | The platform asked Profitario to slow down | Nothing. The next scheduled update usually succeeds |
| Temporary connection problem | The platform did not answer in time | Nothing, or click Refresh later |
| Internal error or Task failed | Something went wrong on the Profitario side | Click Refresh. If it fails again, contact support |
Stop a Stuck Task#
An update that shows Pending or Running but has not made progress for 10 minutes is probably stuck. It then shows No update for ... min and a Stop button.
- Click Stop on the stuck update.
- Click Stop task to confirm.
The update changes to Cancelled with the note Task stopped manually. Data it imported before it got stuck stays. Click Refresh on the account to start a new update.
The Profitario team is notified automatically when a task is stopped, so we can look into why it got stuck. You do not need to report it separately.
Stop is not shown for an update that made progress in the last 10 minutes. Large imports, such as a full ad spend import over several years, can run longer than 10 minutes. They report progress while they work, so Stop only appears once that progress has stopped.
Limits#
- The activity covers the last 7 days.
- Refresh is not available for every integration. AliExpress, for example, updates through the browser extension.
- A connection cannot be refreshed while another import of the same integration is still running. Wait until it finishes.
- Stopping a task does not remove data it already imported and does not start a new update on its own.
When to Contact Support#
Write to support@profitario.com if an update fails again after Refresh, or if updates get stuck again after you stopped them. Include:
- the name of the shop
- the platform and the account name as shown in the monitor
- the reason shown under the failed update
- the task ID shown under a failed update (click it to copy)
