Why Are My AliExpress Orders Not Updating?

Updated October 4, 2026

Profitario gets your AliExpress orders only through the Profitario Chrome extension. Nothing is imported on its own: new orders, and changes such as a new status, reach Profitario when you run an upload on AliExpress. If orders are missing or out of date, go through the causes below in order.

You have not run an upload since the change#

Symptom. Orders you placed recently are missing, or an order still shows an old status such as Processing.

Cause. The extension uploads orders only when you start it. AliExpress does not send anything to Profitario by itself.

Fix. Open your order list on AliExpress and click Start Update in the Profitario toolbar at the bottom of the page. It goes through your whole order list: new orders are added, orders already in Profitario are updated, none are added twice. To refresh one order, open it on AliExpress and click Upload Order. See Create an Invoice from Your AliExpress Orders.

The upload has only just finished#

Symptom. The upload is done, but the orders are not in Profitario yet.

Cause. Each uploaded order is processed in the background.

Fix. Wait a few minutes, then reload Suppliers > AliExpress > Orders.

You are looking inside a store#

Symptom. Orders is empty or shows only some of your AliExpress orders.

Cause. The Suppliers entry inside a store shows only the AliExpress orders Profitario has linked to that store's Shopify orders.

Fix. Open Suppliers at the top of the sidebar, then AliExpress. It shows every AliExpress order of your account.

The upload stopped early#

Symptom. Some of the orders are in Profitario, the newest or the oldest are not.

Cause. The extension works through the AliExpress page itself. Clicking around on the page, closing the tab or putting the computer to sleep stops it. Stop Upload stops it too.

Fix. Reload your AliExpress order list and click Start Update again. Leave the tab open and in front until the Profitario Monitor says it is finished. Orders uploaded before the stop stay in Profitario.

The orders went to another account#

Symptom. The upload finished, but none of the orders are in the Profitario account you are looking at.

Cause. The extension uploads the orders of the AliExpress account that is logged in, into the Profitario account it was connected to.

Fix. Open the AliExpress Extension page in Profitario. The line under Extension detected and connected names the account the orders go to. If it is the wrong one, log in to the right Profitario account and connect the extension again. For several AliExpress accounts, see Can I Use Multiple AliExpress Accounts with Profitario?.

The upload failed#

Symptom. The Profitario Monitor counted errors, or an order is listed in Suppliers > AliExpress > Upload Logs.

Fix. See Why Did the AliExpress Order Upload with the Extension Fail?.

Still missing?#

Contact support and send:

  • the AliExpress order number of one missing order,
  • when you last ran Start Update,
  • the account name shown on the AliExpress Extension page.
