Why Did the AliExpress Order Upload with the Extension Fail?

Updated October 4, 2026

The Profitario Chrome extension uploads your AliExpress orders from your AliExpress order list. Find what you see below, then follow the fix. To set the extension up from the start, see Create an Invoice from Your AliExpress Orders.

The Profitario toolbar is not on AliExpress#

Cause. The toolbar appears only on your AliExpress order list and on the details page of an order. It is also missing when the extension is not installed or is turned off.

Fix.

  1. Open the Orders page of your AliExpress account and reload it.
  2. Still no toolbar? Open chrome://extensions in Chrome and turn on the Profitario extension.
  3. Not in the list? Install it with Install Chrome Extension on the AliExpress Extension page.

The extension asks you to Connect Account#

Cause. The extension is not linked to Profitario yet, or the link was reset. Regenerate API Key on the AliExpress Extension page resets it.

Fix. Log in to Profitario in the same browser, then click Connect Account on AliExpress. Profitario opens in a new tab and the extension links itself within a few seconds.

The Profitario Monitor shows errors#

Cause. The extension could not read an order from AliExpress. This happens when AliExpress logged you out during the upload, or when the page was used while the upload ran.

Fix.

  1. Click Stop Upload.
  2. Reload your AliExpress order list and make sure you are still logged in.
  3. Click Start Update. Orders that were uploaded already are updated, never added twice.
  4. Leave the tab open and in front until the upload is finished.

To see which orders failed, expand the Profitario Monitor: Errors counts them and Show History lists the messages.

The upload finished, but orders are not in Profitario#

Cause. One of three:

  • Processing. Uploaded orders are processed in the background and appear within a few minutes.
  • Could not be read. Profitario received the order but could not read it. It is listed in Suppliers > AliExpress > Upload Logs.
  • Old link. After Regenerate API Key, uploads from the extension are no longer accepted until you connect it again, even if the monitor counts them as done.

Fix. Wait a few minutes and reload Suppliers > AliExpress > Orders. If you regenerated the key, click Connect Account on AliExpress and run Start Update again. For orders in Upload Logs, contact support.

The orders are in the wrong Profitario account#

Cause. The extension uploads into the Profitario account it was connected to, not the one you are looking at.

Fix. On the AliExpress Extension page, the line under Extension detected and connected names the account. To change it, log out of Profitario, log in to the right account and click Connect Account on AliExpress again.

Still failing?#

Contact support and send:

  • the AliExpress order number of one order that failed,
  • the message from Show History in the Profitario Monitor, or the line from Upload Logs,
  • the account name shown on the AliExpress Extension page.
