Product journey
What customers buy second and third after each first product, as a flow from order to order.
Repurchase rates, time between orders, product journeys and purchase funnels, for new and returning customers.

How it helps
Most of the profit in a store comes from the second and third order. Customer Behaviour shows your Shopify repeat purchase rate per cohort, when customers come back, what they buy next and where they stop.
Time between orders shows how many days usually pass before the second and third purchase. Reminders and win-back emails can then go out just before customers would reorder, instead of on a fixed schedule.
The product journey analysis shows the products bought after each first product, with customer counts. Those pairs make better cross-sell recommendations for thank-you pages and follow-up emails than guesses.
Repurchase rate per cohort shows whether retention improves, and purchase funnels built from your Shopify products, tags or codes show at which step most customers stop. Effort goes to that step instead of to the whole range.

Questions it answers
01 · You ask
Why it matters: A reminder that arrives a week after the usual reorder day reaches customers who already bought elsewhere. Timing the message to the real gap between orders raises repeat orders without a bigger discount.
The report shows

You act
Send the reorder reminder just before the peak, not a week after the first order.

03 · You ask
Why it matters: Customer retention analytics per cohort show whether changes to products, emails or offers help. A store-wide rate mixes old and new customers and moves too slowly to tell.
The report shows
90-day repurchase rate per monthly cohort.
You act
If repurchase rates fall for recent cohorts, review the post-purchase emails and product quality.

You act
Find the step where most customers stop and add an offer or a reminder right there.
