Plans and Pricing

Updated October 4, 2026

Profitario has one free plan and five paid plans. They differ in how many orders a month are included, how many stores you can connect and which features they list. This page shows what each plan costs and includes, so you can pick the one that fits your store.

Where
Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar, then Billing > Plans.
Who
Owners, admins and members with access to all stores can change the plan. Viewers cannot, and team members limited to selected stores do not see Billing.

A new plan applies as soon as you approve it in Shopify.

Prices and Limits#

All prices are in US dollars and billed through Shopify every 30 days. There is no annual option.

Orders / month is counted for the whole account, across all stores, per calendar month. Overage rate is what each order above the included number costs, and Overage cap is the most you pay for those orders in a month. How this is billed is explained in How Does the Usage Charge Work?.

Free has no usage charge. Instead, an account that averages more than 50 orders a month, or connects more than 1 store or 5 integrations, is asked to subscribe. See Free Plan Limits and the "Plan limit reached" Screen.

Scale has no usage charge either. Its price covers any number of orders and stores.

Your first paid subscription starts with a 14-day free trial. See How the 14-Day Trial Works.

Which Plan Costs Least#

Because orders above the allowance cost extra, the cheapest plan depends on your monthly order count. Two examples for an account with one store:

Plan1,000 orders a month5,000 orders a month
Starter$30 + 700 × $0.30 = $240$30 + $300 (cap reached) = $330
Growth$55 + 400 × $0.20 = $135$55 + $500 (cap reached) = $555
Pro$100 (all orders included)$100 + 3,500 × $0.10 = $450
Enterprise$200$200 + 1,500 × $0.05 = $275
Scale$300$300

At 1,000 orders Pro is cheapest. At 5,000 orders Enterprise is cheapest. With several stores, only the plans with enough Shops count.

The Recommended badge does this comparison for you. It picks the cheapest paid plan that has room for your stores and integrations, based on the higher of this month's orders and your average monthly orders. It only appears on a plan above your current one.

Legacy Plans#

Accounts that moved over from the previous version of Profitario with an active subscription can keep their old plan, shown as Basic (Legacy) or Pro (Legacy). They pay the price, usage rate and cap of their existing Shopify subscription, and keep the store and order limits they had before. These can be higher than the numbers in the table above.

On the Plans page, no column is marked Current, because your plan is not one of the columns. The buttons compare against the closest current plan (Starter for Basic (Legacy), Growth for Pro (Legacy)): that column shows Switch, cheaper plans show Downgrade and larger plans Upgrade. To see your own numbers, open Billing > Subscription: the Current Plan card shows a Legacy plan notice, and View Details lists your price, usage rate, cap, limits and features.

Limits#

  • Prices are in US dollars. Shopify bills them together with your other app charges.
  • The plan is per account, not per store. One subscription covers all stores of the account and is billed through one of them.
  • When a paid account has more stores than its plan allows, the stores above the limit show an upgrade prompt instead of their reports until you upgrade or remove a store.
  • The usage cap is per calendar month. Shopify also applies it per 30-day billing cycle, see How Does the Usage Charge Work?.
